Conference Registration Fees
Member Registration $200 and $250 after cut-off date.
Non-Member Registration $250 and $275 after cut-off date.
Daily Registration which included both Wednesday and Thursday:
Member: $100, Non-Member $110 for both Wednesday and Thursday with a $15 after cut-off date.
Registration for Friday only: Member $40 - Non-Member $50 with a late fee of $15 after the cut-off date.
Banquet ticket: $35
Lunch: $25
President's Reception: $35
Workshops: $30 (Tuesday only) for members and $45 for non-members.
Participants must sign up for the workshops and can choose either a
full day workshop, one 1/2 day workshop, or 2-1/2 day workshops. Register in the morning at the conference and lunch will be provided.
